M-KOPA is hiring a Lead People Partner to own the people agenda for its Technology and Product organisation, with primary focus on engineering. The role partners with CTO and technology leadership, leads workforce planning, levelling, team transformation and org design, develops a Senior People Partner, uses people analytics, improves distributed team effectiveness, and manages complex employee relations across multiple jurisdictions. It requires senior HR experience in scaling technology or fintech, leadership or coaching experience, proven org design, global remote-team experience, business acumen, and autonomy at the C-level. The position is hybrid, with 1–2 days per week in the Lagos office.
