Wealthsimple is hiring a Workday People Systems Analyst to configure, maintain, test, and optimize Workday HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Core HCM, security, reporting, and business-process automation. The role partners with Payroll and other business teams, supports annual and recurring People cycles, troubleshoots configuration-driven issues, performs impact analysis, and identifies opportunities for AI and process automation. It requires 7+ years of Workday Business Systems Analyst experience, strong PATT and Core HCM knowledge, Workday security expertise, and experience with implementations or significant module expansions.
