Description
The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor assists pharmacy management with pharmaceutical services and supervises pharmacy technician staff. Responsibilities include staffing and workload management, scheduling, performance and quality assurance, medication safety, regulatory compliance, training, and support for information technology and process-improvement projects. The role requires a California Pharmacy Technician License (TCH), three years of pharmacy technician experience in a hospital pharmacy or equivalent healthcare setting, and education pursuant to licensure; leadership experience and CPhT certification are preferred. The position offers variable shifts, every-other weekend requirements, no on-call requirement, and an hourly pay range of $34.170 to $49.370.
