Logos Space is hiring an RF Payload Team Lead to own the hardware implementation and spaceflight of RF payload phased-array antenna systems. The role defines requirements, performs trade studies and RF system architecture, manages cost and schedule, leads a multidisciplinary engineering team, and establishes qualification and acceptance tests for space environments. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a STEM field, at least five years of RF, microwave, or antenna engineering experience, and expertise in phased-array antennas, beamforming, and electronically steered antennas.
