ARC Physical Therapy+ is hiring a Lead Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy care in a Kansas or Missouri clinic. The role includes patient assessment, treatment planning, direct therapy, documentation, coordination with physicians and insurance companies, and supervision of assistants and rehabilitation technicians. Candidates need a graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program, experience in an outpatient setting, a current Kansas license, CPR certification, and basic PC and EMR skills. The position offers a Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus bonus potential, continuing education support, mentorship, retirement matching, and other benefits.
