Description
The Lead Instructor will teach group reformer Pilates classes, instruct clients safely, evaluate and recruit instructors, train new instructors, coordinate substitutes, maintain studio standards and equipment, support front-desk operations, and participate in community events. The role requires a 450+ hour Comprehensive Pilates Certification, leadership and mentoring ability, anatomical and safety knowledge, group apparatus instruction experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding studio duties.
