Turner Mining is hiring a Team Lead Pipe Layer for a direct-placement, full-time, permanent role in Front Royal, Virginia. The position leads and mentors pipe-layer and labor crews, reads civil plans, sets accurate underground utility lines and grades using pipe lasers, GPS rovers, and line transfer units, oversees water, storm, and sanitary installations, performs utility testing, supports backfill and material handling, and maintains OSHA trench safety and production logs. Candidates should have at least five years of underground utility pipe-laying experience, two years leading crews or working as a foreman, civil-reading and testing skills, OSHA 10 certification, and a valid driver's license; OSHA 30 and loader or truck experience are preferred.
