Certify360 is hiring a Lead Planning professional to lead and develop its planning team, coordinate end-to-end capacity planning across multiple labels, and guide the transition from a people-driven to an AI-supported planning model. The role involves identifying bottlenecks, improving processes with AI, data, and Excel, reporting capacity and utilization, and collaborating with Operations, IT, and Data. The position requires an HBO+/WO level, planning or operations experience with leadership, analytical ability, strong Excel skills, and an interest in AI and digital innovation. It offers a gross monthly salary of approximately €4,243 to €5,720, a 40-hour workweek, and largely remote work.
