Description
The Lead Planning Engineer leads the maintenance planning team for either the Airbus or Boeing fleet within Etihad Airways’ Short-Term Planning & Control team. The role manages A-Check and line maintenance planning, coordinates maintenance schedules and forecasts with operations and other cross-functional teams, monitors forecasting accuracy, and drives continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related field and 7–10 years of aviation maintenance planning experience, including leadership or team management.
