easyJet is hiring a Lead Platform Architect to govern and evolve its Airline Operations Platform, unifying Crew, Airports, Flight Operations, and Engineering missions under a shared, resilient architecture. The role owns the target architecture, service models, API-first and event-driven integration patterns, platform reuse, design reviews, technical debt, security, and scalability, while guiding engineering teams and mentoring architects and engineers. It requires systems thinking, strategic leadership, integration expertise, and aviation domain knowledge; visa sponsorship is not available for UK applicants, and the role follows a hybrid working policy of 40%-60% time in the office.
