Description
Nucleus is hiring a remote Lead Platform Engineer, Agentic Operations, to build and operate AI-powered developer tooling that accelerates software delivery and improves developer experience. The role includes creating automated pull-request reviewers, code-quality gates, test-generation systems, and codebase-aware agents; integrating them with Slack, Git, CI/CD, IDEs, and internal platforms; and measuring adoption, cycle time, review load, defects, and AI quality. It requires lead-level software engineering and system design experience, at least 8 years of professional experience, advanced Python, another programming language, Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD and GitHub/GitLab integrations, LLM and agent engineering, testing, code-quality and security tooling, AI evaluation and observability, and internal product thinking.
