Description
WSA is hiring a Lead Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud-native platform capabilities, particularly a Kubernetes-based Internal Developer Platform. The role involves influencing technical direction, contributing to architecture and roadmaps, industrializing AI and agentic platform capabilities, improving CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and developer experience, and collaborating with architects, security, and operations teams. Candidates should have approximately 8–10 years of relevant software, platform, infrastructure, or related engineering experience, production Kubernetes experience, cloud and infrastructure automation knowledge, and experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
