Description
Shore is hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer to lead the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of Afflo’s production and non-production cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security controls, release engineering, and operational toolchain. The role owns incident response and prevention, mentors DevOps engineers, coordinates with engineering, service management, and vendors, and supports regulated healthcare operations. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 5–10 years of progressive DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience, and expertise in Linux, networking, cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, AI workloads, CI/CD, and incident leadership.
