Description
Grab is hiring a Lead Flink Platform Engineer to lead the design, evolution, and operation of its real-time stream processing platform using Apache Flink. The role focuses on building self-serve capabilities, reusable abstractions, automation, reliability, production operations, and incident learning, while partnering with Kafka, data lake, metrics, and data governance teams. The engineer will also mentor senior engineers and work onsite at Grab Singapore office, One North. The role requires at least five years of experience leading software, data, or platform engineering projects, along with production stream-processing, Kafka, distributed systems, and programming experience.
