Description
Parametric is hiring a Lead Platform Engineer to partner with cloud-native application development teams and improve developer experience, system reliability, and high-velocity delivery. The role leads technical strategy and initiatives, mentors team members, designs highly available systems, creates automation and tooling, supports cloud-focused architecture, and provides tier-2 and tier-3 escalations. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of platform engineering experience, cloud-native architecture expertise, AWS or Azure experience, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and scripting skills. The position follows a hybrid model with three office days per week and offers a base salary of $115,000 to $225,000 per year.
