Description
Ford is hiring a Lead Platform Software V&V Engineer to lead the architectural definition and execution of safety, performance, and deterministic-reliability validation for next-generation automotive electronic control units. The role owns post-silicon bench testing, hardware-in-the-loop validation, real-time driver and network-stack verification, bootloaders, flash and secure-boot procedures, and automated regression test frameworks using Python, C, C++, or Rust. The engineer will provide technical leadership across regional and offshore teams, mentor engineers, coordinate cross-site testing, and ensure compliance with ISO 26262 ASIL requirements. The position is hybrid, offers visa sponsorship, and pays $150,200-$283,500.
