Capco Poland is hiring a Senior / Lead PMO to support and drive strategic transformation initiatives in banking. The role leads governance and delivery across Core Banking, Payments, Cards, regulatory, digital, and operational programs; prepares executive reporting and dashboards; monitors budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources; oversees transformation portfolios; and coordinates steering committees and stakeholders. Candidates need at least six years of PMO, program management, or transformation leadership experience, strong banking or financial services experience, enterprise-scale portfolio management experience, and a bachelor's degree. The position follows a B2B contract with a flexible collaboration model and is marked as hybrid.
