Description
The Lead Power Electronics Engineer will lead the full lifecycle of power electronics development, including power conversion system design, circuit analysis, simulation, prototyping, testing, thermal and EMC considerations, regulatory compliance, and mass-production support. The role requires collaboration with mechanical, firmware, and industrial design teams, mentorship of junior engineers, project management, and technical risk mitigation. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least eight years of progressive power electronics experience including three years in a leadership or senior engineering role, expertise in converter topologies and semiconductor devices, simulation and PCB design skills, and experience with regulatory compliance.
