Description
Eaton is seeking a power electronics engineer to design, model, simulate, and implement power conversion and protection circuits; develop control and protection algorithms for electric motors and power converters; build and measure test circuits; analyze and optimize designs; and collaborate with mechanical, thermal, firmware, and testing engineers. The role requires a BS in electrical engineering or equivalent and at least 8 years of related power-electronics design and product-development experience, along with significant modeling, simulation, analysis, and medium-voltage testing experience.
