The Johanniter is hiring a Lead Practical Instructor for its ambulance station in Oldenburg, with full-time or part-time employment of 35–39 hours per week on a permanent term. The role independently performs emergency response and patient transport, leads initial, continuing, and further training, ensures compliance with training and occupational safety requirements, documents and audits training, supports on-call management duties, and supervises interns. Applicants need paramedic vocational training, further training or interest in becoming a healthcare-practice practical instructor, a valid driver’s license, good IT skills, and willingness to undertake continuing education.
