Tia is hiring a full-time, onsite Lead Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive primary and women’s healthcare at its Silver Lake clinic in Los Angeles while serving as the clinical leader for physicians and advanced practice providers. The role includes direct patient care, clinical mentorship, quality improvement, workflow support, and collaboration with clinic operations. Candidates must have an MD or DO, an active unrestricted California medical license, DEA registration, board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, at least three years of outpatient primary care experience, and experience with women’s health and outpatient mental health. The position offers a base salary of $235,000 to $280,000, a $8,000 annual leadership stipend, a quarterly performance bonus, equity, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
