BCG Platinion is hiring a Lead/Principal AI Tech Architect to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering AI-driven transformation programs for global clients. The role covers AI use-case design, prioritization, large-scale implementation, GenAI and software engineering offerings, technology and data strategy, client relationship management, proposal leadership, and practice growth. Candidates need 7–15 years of relevant experience, proven leadership in complex AI and software transformation programs, expertise across GenAI, software modernization, data and analytics, digital platforms, and engineering excellence, strong stakeholder communication, and a degree in engineering, computer science, or another STEM or technology-related field.
