Celonis is hiring a Lead / Principal Deployment Engineer to lead hands-on Celonis solution implementations for enterprise customers. The role combines business discovery, data connectivity, AI agent direction, solution configuration, validation, customer training, adoption, and handover while developing domain expertise and scalable solution patterns. Candidates need at least seven years of management, IT, data/solution, or process improvement consulting experience, Celonis platform and PQL/SQL/Python skills, AI-assisted development fluency, strong business-process knowledge, and fluency in English and German. The position offers a flexible hybrid work model and requires travel to customer locations up to 50%.
