Description
Micron Technology is seeking a Design Verification Manager to lead and manage a verification team for complex memory and storage designs. The role owns verification strategy, architecture, planning, execution, reviews, sign-off, debugging, risk tracking, and continuous improvement across functional, timing, and mixed-signal verification. It also involves mentoring verification engineers, collaborating with design and multi-functional teams, and promoting compliant use of Micron-approved AI tools. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related field, 8 to 16 years of experience in complex IC verification or IC design, and strong expertise in digital and analog/mixed-signal verification, CMOS fundamentals, simulation tools, SystemVerilog, and UVM.
