The role leads major capital investment decisions, partners with network engineering, sourcing, and executive leadership, mentors planners, and contributes to network reliability, performance, and industry best practices. The position requires extensive experience in network planning, backbone engineering, infrastructure strategy, IP transit/peering, and large-scale fiber or wavelength infrastructure. The stated U.S. hiring range is $114,600 to $234,600 per annum, with possible bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
