Infineon is hiring a Technology Ownership Engineer for silicon foundry technologies. The role owns yield and quality for certain foundry technologies, assesses process changes, manages PCRB process communication, coordinates with DIV and QM, supports silicon foundries, and handles excursions. Candidates need a degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field, experience with silicon-foundry products and process integration in CMOS and NVM technologies, and English and Chinese communication skills. The position is based in Canada and requires eligibility for export-control and security requirements.
