Description
UGL is hiring a permanent full-time Lead / Principal SESA Engineer to provide specialist systems and/or safety engineering leadership for a major greenfield rail project in South East Queensland. The role will establish and manage systems and safety assurance frameworks, lead requirements and configuration management, coordinate risk assessments, support stakeholder and regulatory engagement, and coach multidisciplinary project teams. Candidates need a relevant engineering qualification, at least 10 years of experience managing systems engineering, safety assurance or compliance processes on complex projects, experience with major projects exceeding $100 million, and knowledge of railway and functional safety standards.
