Oracle is hiring an AI Training and Enablement Lead to own the strategy, design, rollout, and continuous improvement of AI training and technical enablement programs across OCI. The role assesses readiness and skill gaps, develops role-based technical training and readiness materials, partners with engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams, defines program scope and success metrics, manages cross-functional dependencies, and drives adoption of AI capabilities. It requires 10+ years of complex technical or engineering program leadership, 10+ years of program and project management experience, 3+ years of cloud infrastructure experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. The role offers a US hiring range of $116,600 to $264,100 per annum, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
