Description
The Lead Principal Technical Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional technical programs from planning through delivery, defining scope, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, and reporting. The role partners with engineering, product, operations, security, and executive stakeholders; manages escalations and competing priorities; drives operational excellence, change management, and data-informed decision-making; and mentors program managers and cross-functional teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 12 years of experience in technical, business, or project program management. The role offers a US hiring range of $116,600 to $264,100 per annum and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
