Oracle is hiring an experienced Lead Technical Program Manager for its Nashville, Tennessee office. The role leads complex, cross-functional technical programs and initiatives, establishing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resourcing, SLAs, KPIs, and delivery standards. It partners with senior management, customers, engineering, security, compliance, and other stakeholder teams; provides technical guidance and escalation leadership; and drives process optimization, continuous improvement, reporting automation, and program execution. The position is a senior individual contributor and offers a US hiring range of $116,600 to $264,100 per annum, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
