Description
Takeda is hiring a Process Automation Discipline Lead in Bengaluru to lead the Process Automation discipline across pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, including OSD, Biologics, Plasma, and Fill-Finish operations. The role provides technical leadership on automation architectures, control philosophies, design reviews, lifecycle activities, and system integration; develops engineering talent and succession pipelines; manages discipline capacity; and ensures compliance with GMP, GAMP5, ISA-88, ISA-95, data integrity, cybersecurity, and other regulatory requirements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in automation, electrical, control systems, or a related discipline, 10+ years of automation engineering experience in regulated industries, and experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
