Description
The Lead Process Controls Engineer reports to the Director - Automation & Controls and leads the implementation, modification, troubleshooting, programming, maintenance, integration, and operations support of automation and process-control systems across the facility. The role covers Emerson DeltaV, Foxboro IA, Enterprise Historian, Rockwell PLCs, process safety and cybersecurity, IT/OT convergence, capital-budget support, training, and continuous improvement for batch and continuous manufacturing. It requires a BS in Chemical or Electrical Engineering or an applicable degree, at least 10 years of process-industry equipment knowledge and experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing, and experience with the listed automation technologies.
