Description
The Laser Welding Process Engineer will lead the setup, development, qualification, and recovery of laser-welding processes for the ASN WSS production line. The role defines process parameters and acceptance criteria, coordinates verification and validation with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams, monitors yield and quality, maintains process-control plans and technical documentation, supports production personnel, and drives continuous improvement. The position requires a BS or MS in a relevant technical field, at least five years of related experience, and proficiency with SolidWorks, GD&T, tolerance analysis, material selection, and DFM/DFA.
