Kimberly-Clark is hiring a full-time Lead Process Engineer in Ogden to lead the design, development, optimization, troubleshooting, and operation of assigned manufacturing assets and supporting processes. The role focuses on continuous improvement, reliability, safety, cost savings, project management, and support for maintenance, utilities, capital projects, and trial planning. It requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or a related discipline, at least three years of industrial experience in high-speed consumer product manufacturing or staff environments, and familiarity with statistical process control, design of experiments, process capability studies, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing.
