Description
Mennel Milling is hiring a full-time Lead Process Engineer for its Martel Bakery Mix facility. The role leads manufacturing process performance, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, plant trials, process validations, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement across Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and R&D. The engineer will analyze production data, establish process parameters and standard work, support new products and formula changes, develop technical documentation, and mentor operations and engineering personnel. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline is preferred, and at least eight years of progressive manufacturing engineering or technical experience is required.
