Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is hiring a Lead Process Engineer in Pullman, Washington to lead engineers, associate engineers, and technicians in expanding, developing, deploying, and sustaining PCBA cleaning and conformal coating manufacturing processes. The role includes mentoring, operational and strategic execution, process quality and efficiency, documentation, equipment and material qualifications, and application of world-class manufacturing principles. Candidates should have a B.S. degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing processes and PCBA cleaning and conformal coating equipment, and strong leadership, communication, writing, and teamwork skills. The position offers $115,300–$150,000 annually plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
