Description
The Lead Process Engineer provides technical assurance and compliance for process engineering work on an oil and gas or petrochemical project. The role supervises the IPMT process engineering team, approves contractor and licensor design activities, manages process documents, schedules, change requests, and reviews, and coordinates with contractors, licensors, vendors, and project disciplines. It also supports HSE, procurement, construction, commissioning, inspections, handover, and project control activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, fluent English, at least 15 years of relevant oil and gas or petrochemical experience, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position managing specialists, senior engineers, and engineers; ADNOC and offshore project experience is required.
