Description
The Lead Process Engineer provides technical assurance and compliance for process engineering work on an oil and gas or petrochemical project. The role supervises the IPMT process engineering team, approves contractor and licensor design activities, manages process documentation, schedules, change requests, risk analysis, inspections, and handover, and coordinates with contractors, licensors, vendors, and project disciplines. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, fluent English, at least 15 years of relevant oil and gas or petrochemical experience, and at least 5 years in a similar position managing specialists, senior engineers, and engineers; ADNOC and offshore project experience is required.
