Still Bright is hiring a full-time Lead Process Modeling Engineer II in Kenilworth, New Jersey, to own the company's SysCAD process model, digital twin, techno-economic analysis, and life-cycle assessment architecture. The role develops and validates models for copper extraction, explores feedstock and process options, integrates electrochemical and thermodynamic calculations, supports customer-specific economic and environmental value propositions, and leads modeling work for grants and commercial deployment. The position requires 8+ years of process simulation experience, a BS or MS in a relevant engineering field, and strong knowledge of industrial chemistry, mass and energy balances, aqueous and electrochemical processing, and chemical thermodynamics.
