Description
DreamPak is hiring a full-time Lead Processing Operator for the second shift, working 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. The role involves setting up and adjusting machines, performing cleaning according to SOPs, monitoring equipment, loading supplies, replacing molds and cutting surfaces, testing finished products, and supporting food safety, CGMP, quality, and employee safety standards. The position pays $30-$40 per hour and includes benefits, a 401K retirement program, paid time off, and holiday pay. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills, and at least one year of production operations experience, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.
