Description
Worley is hiring a Lead Procurement Engineer to develop procurement plans and procedures, oversee contractor procurement and subcontracting activities, review technical bid evaluations and award recommendations, manage purchase orders and expediting, monitor procurement reports, and advise on procurement risks and improvements across FEED through EPC projects. The role requires a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of experience in oil and gas or petrochemical projects, including 5 years in a similar position managing procurement specialists and engineers, with GCC and ADNOC project experience preferred.
