The Lead Producer will lead multiple game-development production areas and crafts, manage schedules and milestones, mitigate scope and project risk, oversee feature delivery, resolve impediments, communicate with stakeholders, and mentor production staff. The role partners with production, studio, and discipline leadership on strategy, organizational vision, process improvement, and hiring. It requires strong planning, communication, collaboration, quality judgment, and Agile/JIRA experience, and is an existing full-time vacancy with an expected California base salary of $169,100 to $250,280 per year.
