Description
The Lead Producer oversees strategic client projects, manages and develops the production team, represents the studio internally and externally, and ensures accurate reporting across the project portfolio. The role owns project goals, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and delivery; coaches producers; sets production methodologies; manages client and cross-functional relationships; and consolidates production data and KPIs. It requires 8–10+ years of senior production experience, experience with 5+ games, strong client communication, leadership, Agile/Scrum/Waterfall expertise, and fluency in English and French.
