Description
Rare Candy is hiring a full-time Product and Design Lead to own the end-to-end product function for its trading-card marketplace, including customer research, problem framing, specifications, high-fidelity prototyping, testing, and engineering handoff. The role partners closely with the CEO, runs the product roadmap and shipping cadence, and is intended to develop into a Head of Product. Candidates should have 6–10 years of experience shipping consumer products, strong product and UX skills, fluency with AI-powered prototyping tools, and deep knowledge of trading cards and collectibles. The position is NYC-based or co-located with the CEO in New York and includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), and wellness benefits.
