Description
monday.com is hiring a Design Lead to own the end-to-end design of AI-powered workflows and agentic experiences across Desktop and Mobile. The role partners with Product and Engineering leads, UX Research, and Product Analytics to define interaction paradigms, validate designs with users and usage data, and establish consistent systems and design practices. Candidates need at least seven years of product design experience, strong AI and coding-agent fluency, a portfolio of shipped products, and experience with design systems and cross-platform systems design.
