Description
The Senior Product Design Lead will own product design, branding, and the design team at an AI communication SaaS company serving European small and medium-sized businesses. The role is split roughly equally between hands-on product and brand design, customer research, design-system scaling, and leading web, branding, and product designers. It requires at least five years of end-to-end product design experience, Figma and prototyping expertise, design-team leadership readiness, strong product and analytics skills, AI-assisted design experience, native German, and professional English. The position is on-site in Vienna, Austria, with a salary of 80,000 to 150,000 EUR annually and no visa sponsorship.
