Description
Freshworks is hiring a Lead Product Designer (IC3) for Freshservice, its flagship employee experience platform. The role leads strategic design initiatives, partners with Product and Engineering leadership, translates user research into product decisions, pioneers generative AI and conversational design, and mentors a growing team. It requires full-stack design expertise, strong communication and data-informed thinking, proficiency with Figma and Miro, and at least six years of progressive experience designing enterprise-grade or large-scale B2B SaaS applications, including at least two years in a dedicated team lead or strategic capacity.
