FutureFit AI is hiring a Lead Product Designer to own the visual language, design system, accessibility, interaction models, information architecture, and end-to-end design of its complex AI-powered workforce-development platform. The role leads large feature initiatives, runs user research, sets craft standards, and mentors product, engineering, and design teams. It is remote for candidates in Canada or the United States, with possible quarterly travel, and offers a base salary of USD $125,000 to $160,000 for US-based candidates and CAD $115,000 to $155,000 for Canadian-based candidates.
