JetBrains is hiring a Lead Product Designer to lead a small design team and set the design direction for YouTrack, a complex project-management and issue-tracking platform. The role focuses on shaping AI-native interaction patterns, conversational and inline assistance, information architecture, and unified experiences for startups and enterprises, while partnering with product management and engineering. The designer will also establish a design process, mentor other designers, and improve the product’s interaction quality and usability.
