Description
Kernel is hiring a Lead Product Designer to lead a small team of 2–3 Product Designers while remaining hands-on with complex web and mobile product work. The role reports to the Chief Product Officer, owns the design system, partners with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, uses customer insight and data, and helps establish AI-enabled design practices. Candidates should have experience designing customer-facing digital products, leading or mentoring designers, working with design systems, strong Figma and prototyping skills, and confidence using AI tools.
